These provisions ("Rules")apply in relation to any online participation in the survey prize draw known as "Winmeforfree" ("Prize Draw").
The prize ("Prize")for the winning entrant of the Prize Draw is Amazon vouchers with prize amount ranging from £100 to £500.
By entering into the Prize Draws, all entrants agree to be bound by the Rules.
The promoter of the Prize Draw is Winmeforfree LTD, a company incorporated in Scotland(Registered No.SC628188) whose registered office is at 116 West Regent street, Glasgow G2 2QD ("Promoter").
Subject to the Rules, entry to the Prize Draw may also be made at such other points of interaction as shall be specified and permitted from time to time by the Promoter and shall include those made on the basis of a “face to face” written entry at promotion venues operated from time to time by or on behalf of the Promoter.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, the conduct of the Prize Draw, its result and all other matters relating to the Prize Draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into in that regard.
In addition to the other provisions of these Rules, to qualify to enter the Prize Draw, entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in England, Scotland or Wales.
The address and other contact details provided by an entrant in connection with the Prize Draw will be used, in particular, in respect of the delivery arrangements for the Prize so care should be taken to ensure any such details as so provided are correct. The Promoter shall have no liability for any of its actions attributable to the entrant’s failure to provide correct details.
Employees of the Promoter or any associated company of the Promoter and their immediate families and any persons connected with the administration and promotion of the Prize Draw (and their immediate families) shall not be eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to ask for evidence to verify the age, identity, residence and/or eligibility of an entrant to the Prize Draws at any time. The Promoter may withhold delivery of the Prize until it has received such evidence from the winner of the Prize and failure to provide such evidence to the Promoter as required may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
By entering the Prize Draw, each entrant confirms that all information submitted by them is true, current and complete at the time such was submitted.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Prize Draw if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
Entry into the Prize Draw is free but, to validly enter into the Prize Draw, each entrant must firstly complete and submit the online survey at either of Winmeforfree.com or Winmeforfree.co.uk or by completing a survey conducted by our field representatives (“Survey”)and (secondly) agree to receive direct marketing contact by telephone, SMS or email from the Promoter’s partners about specific and relevant products across the Telecoms, Utilities, Charities and Retail sectors. Each question on the Survey that is marked as mandatory must be completed for a valid entry to the Prize Draw to have occurred. To validate your entry onto the prize draw you must agree to receive a call and no obligation quote from one of our sponsors. There is no obligation to purchase any products or services and quote is only done to enable entry into the prize draw.
Where a winner has been selected and the Promoter subsequently discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner has breached the Rules or made more than one entry to the Prize Draw, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify such entrant and select an alternative winner. Any further winner will be selected on the same criteria as the original winner and will be subject to these Rules.
If it becomes apparent to the Promoter that there has been use of a computer(s) to circumvent the one entry per person term of the Rules by, for example, the use of 'brute force', 'script' or any other automated means, that person will be disqualified from entry into the Prize Draw.
All entries by any entrant to the Prize Draw which are incomplete or provided in circumstances where the terms of any narrative provided by the entrant are unintelligible shall be invalid and void.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected or lost.
The Prize Draw opens at 9.00 am on 28th May 2020. Winmeforfree will run weekly draws starting on the Monday of each week at 9am and ending on the Sunday at11.59pm. Entries received outside this time period will not be accepted and will be disregarded by the Promoter. Any entrant who is contacted after the close of the current draw can be made eligible for a future draw.
The winner of the Prize will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries to the Prize Draw within 5 days of the closing date of the Prize Draw. In all matters of such choice, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into in that regard.
The winner of the Prize will be notified by way of the contact details provided by the winning entrant, not later than 7 days after having been chosen and given details of how to arrange delivery of the Prize.
If the winner of the Prize does not respond to the Promoter within 60 days of being notified by the Promoter of their win, their entitlement shall be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with paragraph 20 of the Rules above, such new winner being subject to the provisions of paragraph 21 of the Rules likewise.
A cash offer or alternative prize may be provided by the Promoter in its sole discretion if such a request is made by the winner of the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Prize to an alternative prize of equal value for any reason in its sole discretion including, without limitation, due to circumstances beyond its control.
The Prize includes any residual entitlement to the manufacturer’s warranty re the Prize but excludes all other costs and arrangements relevant to the Prize including statutory obligations re road tax and insurance. The Promoter will not be held liable in connection with such costs and arrangements and no reimbursement will be provided by the Promoter in connection therewith. The Promoter further accepts no liability where the winner is unable to pay any such costs or make any such arrangements.
By entering into the Prize Draw, each entrant confirms that they consent to their name being used by the Promoter, if they win the Prize, for the Promoter’s advertising of the result of the Prize Draw. The winner of the Prize Draw may be requested to take part in promotional activity and the Promoter reserves the right to use the name of the winner of the Prize Draw in any publicity both in paper and online.
All entrants to the Prize Draw do so entirely at their own risk and the Promoter, to the extent permitted by law, shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage, disappointment or other action suffered or incurred as a result of such entry to the Prize Draw.
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Prize Draw.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice, provided always that, in the event of termination of the Prize Draw, the Promoter agrees to make payment, to each entrant who has submitted a valid entry into the Prize Draw, of the sum of £10, such to be provided by way of cheque.
The Rules are governed by Scots law and any matter arising thereunder shall be subject the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
